Note:

  • The Site ID process has recently changed, and the old request form is no longer available. When accessing the old form, you will see the message, "The page you requested is under maintenance." Instead, follow the process below for assistance.
  • For all legacy VMware Orders/Contracts, please contact Broadcom Customer Care with the Contract/License Key details.

Where to find your Site ID

The Site ID - also referred to as Support Site ID, Support ID, Enterprise Site ID, SID, or just Site ID — is located in the Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) email from Broadcom Software Delivery at the close of your contract or contract renewal. This email is sent to the "Technical Contact" on the contract.

The ESD email contains the following information:

  • Enterprise Site ID
  • Contract number
  • Information you need to register and download your Broadcom products


Accessing your Registered Site ID via the Support Portal

Follow these steps to view your Site ID through the Broadcom Support portal if you have already completed the Site ID registration process. 

  1. Sign in to the Broadcom Support portal and navigate to My Dashboard.
  2. Choose the My Entitlements option to view your registered site id details.
