Issue/Introduction

You are looking to determine when the current versions of Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) will no longer be supported.

Resolution

 

End of Service dates can be found on the Product Lifecycle page in the Support Portal using these steps below.

1. Login to https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/productlifecycle
2. In the Search Product Name text box, enter Endpoint Detection and Response (no quotes).
3. Select Endpoint Detection and Response (or other desired product) from the drop-down list.
4. Click Show Results button.
5. Scroll down to the Release you're interested in and review the End of Service and/or End of Life date(s).
