AlarmNotifier error - cygncursesw-10.dll Loaded to different address

Issue/Introduction

The AlarmNotifier throws the following error and alarm notifications are not being sent:

D:/win32app/Spectrum/Notifier/SetScript: fork: retry: Resource temporarily unavailable
 [ 0 [main] sh 3116 child_info_fork : : abort :  D:\win32app\Spectrum\NT-Tools\SRE\bin\cygncursesw-10.dll ] Loaded to different address: parent(0x7F0000) != child(0x4F0000)

or

  1 [main] sh 1076 child_info_fork::abort: d:\win32app\Spectrum\NT-Tools\SRE\bin\cygintl-8.dll: Loaded to different address: parent(0x760000) != child(0x150000)

Cause

The problem appears to be the result of an Anti Virus tool scanning the D:\win32app\Spectrum\NT-Tools\SRE\bin folder.

Resolution

It is recommended to exclude the $SPECROOT directory from any Anti-Virus scanning as outlined in knowledge article "If I install antivirus and scan the SpectroSERVER and OneClick servers will it be any impact?".
