Issue/Introduction

If I install antivirus and scan the SpectroSERVER and OneClick servers will it be any impact?

Resolution

Antivirus and disk backup utilities can cause corruption of the SpectroSERVER (SSdb), Archive manager (DDM) and Spectrum Report Manager (SRM) databases. It is recommended to exclude the installation area and files from virus scans and data backup programs.
