Issue/Introduction

Dashboard tab shows AE Server connection as failed

Server validation failed with below error:
CAUAJM_E_00067 Validation Internal Error: Artifact "UserSession;Version-1.0;cc9a988ee5cf78fd5c35c70185c16255-5b49eaf2-9562030-f7d" failed authentication.
E139012 Autosys error response: CAUAJM_E_00067 Validation Internal Error: Artifact "UserSession;Version-1.0;cc9a988ee5cf78fd5c35c70185c16255-5b49eaf2-9562030-f7d" failed authentication.
E131003 Error loading the job:E180010 Could not establish a connection to CA Workload Automation AE; invalid server context.

Environment

Release : 11.3.6

Component : CA Workload Automation AE (AutoSys)

Cause

Issue occur due to monit user does not get authenticated from EEM server to AE Server.

Resolution

Scenario:

If there are two application server host addresses defined

Make sure to validate below:

- In Application Server Host address define each host address and validate
- If you found validation failed error message
- Authenticate Monit user  in EEM Console first if present or not.
- Issue autosys_secure server and look for AE Server is activated for external security settings (EEM).
