CPU metric data is not reporting in investigator but is visible in Team Center

Issue/Introduction

CPU data is not visible in the investigator in either WebView or the workstation, but the CPU data is visible in Team Center metrics view. 

All other metrics are visible as expected and if the CPU data is viewed via the Management Module editor in a metric grouping it can be seen there.

Resolution

Problem in this situation was resolved after clearing the EM cache on the MOM as described in this KB
