Project/Data missing from custom portlet that looks at time slice tables

One or more projects isn't showing up in a custom portlet that shows actuals/etcs.
The portlet uses a query to look at the time slice tables.
2. In Checking Administration->Time Slices the last run date for all time slices is 3 days ago.
This issue can happen if the time slicing job wasn't paused prior to maintenance work being done in the system. To prevent the issue from reoccurring: 1. Pause all jobs in both scheduled and waiting status when doing maintenance 2. Check for anything currently processing (if anything is, wait for it to complete, then pause the scheduled instances of this job) 3. Double check to make sure Time Slicing job is paused. (Not recommended to cancel a job currently processing as this can cause orphans in the DB) 4. Once the maintenance is complete, you can resume all jobs that were paused.
