Token Generates Same OTP

Issue/Introduction

A hard token is giving the same OTP each time the button is pressed.

 

Resolution

This behavior indicates that the token is defective or has failed. A new token will need to be registered to the user.

Note: If the token was purchased within the past 3 years it may be possible to request a replacement following the process described in TECH238304.
