Can I request a refund for a VIP security token, card, or shipping charges?

Resolution
Please contact your reseller or partner's support to start the process of refunding your token or card, or VIP shipping charges (if applicable).
If you've had the VIP credential for less than 30 days, it is eligible for a full refund (restrictions may apply).
If a VIP credential experiences a hardware failure within 3 years of purchase, it may be eligible for a free replacement.
If you are requesting a refund for a VIP Credential, shipping charges, or both, or you have not received your VIP Credential and would like to cancel the order and request a refund, please provide all necessary information or a copy of the Order Summary page, and to initiate the request.
If you purchased a VIP token through a third-party vendor, contact them to initiate the return.
