3. SSL VPTC voltage, SSL PLL voltage and SSL core voltage value is too low

Eventlog shows the following error message:
1. "Health Monitor (CRITICAL): SSL VPTX voltage is 'No Input'"  9 6F0102:1  notifier.cpp:112
2. "Health Monitor (CRITICAL): SSL PLL voltage is 'No Input'"  9 6F0102:1  notifier.cpp:112
3. "Health Monitor (CRITICAL): SSL core voltage is 'No Input'"  9 6F0102:1  notifier.cpp:112

Resolution

This results from an incorrect reading by the BMC (Baseboard Management Controller).

Please confirm the current BMC version in your sysinfo and compare to the latest version.

If the device is not on the latest version, please upgrade the BMC.

A workaround for this is to reset the BMC.

1. Turn off the box
2. Unplug the power cord and wait for 30-60 seconds to reset and clear the BMC state.
3. After 30-60 seconds, plug the power cord again
4. Power on the box and verify the status
