The purpose of this article is to provide a workaround for an issue where the Content Filtering database gets corrupt and displays errors like the following:
"Unable to read Copy Byte Data"
"% Error : Should have at least processed something!"
This is usually caused by network issues, most likely when the device doesn't get the full payload when updating and there is a loss of connectivity.
When the database becomes corrupt and does not resolve itself upon the next successful update, the database must be purged from the device and a full download must be performed.
