Issue/Introduction

How do I install the agile addin on On-Premise CA PPM? What about for On-Demand CA PPM?

Environment

Clarity 15.9.3 and previous releases

Resolution

For On-Premise CA PPM you can install the Agile add-in with the following command from your command prompt:

 

admin content agl

 

If you are using SAAS version of PPM, please open a support ticket and the support team would be able to assist with this request. The details of the SAAS process is documented here:

Additional Information

Please note, that you would need to have access to Agile Central in-order to use the Agile Integration with Clarity.
