Add-in Installation Requests for SaaS Clarity

Issue/Introduction

How can we get an Add-In, such as the ones below, installed on our SaaS environment?

• Rally Integration (AGL)
• Application Portfolio Management (APM)
• Advanced Resource Planning (ARP)*

*Addin requires a license from ITDesign. (This addin is preinstalled for all GCP environments, but will still require a license from ITDesign after the trial period. )

Note that the following addin is installed by default and does not require a separate request: 

• PMO Accelerator (CSK)

Environment

Release : All Supported Releases

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

Please open a case with Broadcom support, providing the below information:

• Environment URL (Mandatory):
• Approval for downtime (from PSC):
• Preferred Scheduled activity information (date & time):

Requirements:

• Requests will require 48 hours advanced notice prior to the proposed scheduled date.
• Requests will require a 2 hour downtime.
