VIP Enterprise Gateway, VIP SDK, and other VIP software is available for download from the VIP Manager portal for current Enterprise VIP customers. Consumer VIP accounts (license SKUs beginning with VIP-B2C) will not have access to the VIP Enterprise Gateway software. VIP software cannot be downloaded from the Broadcom software portal using your serial number. Resolution

1. Go to the Symantec VIP portal 
2. Enter your VIP administrator email ID and password. (VIP administrators only. End-users should contact their helpdesk for assistance with VIP-related login issues). First-time administrators can set a temp password using the password reset portal.
3. Click Sign in
4. If prompted, add a Symantec VIP credential ID for 2-factor authentication, then enter a 6-digit security code from that credential ID. 
5. Click Continue
6. Click the Account tab, then Download Files from the right panel. Available software may be limited depending on the VIP account type. 
   
   
7. Make sure to download the full EGW version you need and not a patch version.
