The actual retry time that is used on each attempt of a message is in the range of -30 seconds to +30 seconds from the value shown.

On the Retry Schedule, (*1) and (*2) are elapsed time from the last Delivery Attempt, meaning the difference between each Delivery Attempt but (*3) and (*4) are elapsed time from the first Delivery failure, meaning the cumulative elapsed time.
