After a user is enrolled, a user key is displayed in PGP Keys as *Temporary UserID* as seen below:
You cannot send any encrypted email and receive the message " ...unable to find keys.."
This issue is caused by the email domain is not being on the list of Managed Domains on PGP Encryption Management Server or possibly entered incorrectly. Therefore, the system cannot recognize the new user and is unable to encrypt email messages.
This issue is resolved by performing the following:
1. Add or correct the entry for the email domain on the Managed Domains on PGPc Encryption Management Server (Consumers > Managed Domains).
2. Delete the user from PGP Encryption Management Server (Consumers > Users).
3. Delete the *Temporary UserID* entry from PGP Keys in PGP Encryption Desktop.
4. Re-enroll user.
