Issue/Introduction

"PGP memory locking facility is not functioning". You will see this pop up if there is a software conflict or there is an issue with the MEMLOCK function in the PGP Desktop software. Memlock is what keeps passwords and other sensitive data safe in memory from being read in clear text.

Resolution

If this is happening, uninstall the software and reinstall. 
Make sure no security software that exists on the system could be interfering with the installation, preventing proper PGP drivers from loading.
