Issue/Introduction
Technical Support has instructed you to collect a diagnostics package from your Messaging Gateway (SMG).
Resolution
To create the diagnostics package,

- Click on Administration at the top.
- Click on Utilities in the left pane.
- Click on the Diagnostics tab.
- Select the Host that you need to troubleshoot.
- Only check the "All log data" option, leave the other options blank unless otherwise directed by Support.
- Click Generate to create the package.
- Save the resulting diagnostics file.
- Upload the diagnostics file to the case for Support review.
