PGP Command Line error 3090:operation failed, out of memory when encrypting with "--usp-server" parameter on 1GB files

Issue/Introduction

Using PGP Command Line  --usp-server command for encryption or decryption of files over 1GB in size will generate error.

3090:operation failed, out of memory.

Cause

There is file size limitation in the product that will not allow it to encrypt or decrypt files over 1GB when using --usp-server command for the operation.

Resolution

PGP Command Line 10.5.1 MP1HF1 has resolved this issue.  To get access to this build, contact Symantec Encryption Support.
