Symantec VIP administrator was set up with an incorrect email address or may need to change the registered email for another reason.
Login to VIP Manager using the email address your account has been set-up with.
Under the Account Tab, click Find/Modify VIP Administrators on the right-hand side of the page.
If all Administrator accounts have been lost to login into the VIP manager. Please open a support case with Symantec. Support will validate any updates/changes requested via one of the corporate contacts listed in the account and then update with the new Administrators.
Note: The VIP Administrator email needs to be unique across all VIP accounts. If there are multiple tenants/accounts (such as a test account), the administrator will need to use a unique email address to differentiate the account access. Please refer to the article KB173650 for more information.
