Issue/Introduction
Your Clarity version is (or is about to be) EOS (End of Service), what happens if you don't upgrade, will you still be supported?

Resolution
We strongly recommend upgrading as otherwise, you will be only Self Service support.
If you need to raise cases with us you will have to purchase Extended support. Broadcom Support will no longer be able to assist.
Any fixes or patches are no longer done on old versions.
If you're an On Premise customer, please consider migrating to SaaS where we do all the patching and upgrades. Being SAAS has huge benefits:
You will not have to plan and do the upgrade yourself
Makes things easier for you to stay on the current version, you will always be on the latest version and have all the latest features and fixes
