Issue/Introduction
Your Clarity version is (or is about to be) EOS (End of Service), what happens if you don't upgrade, will you still be supported?
Environment
Release : All Clarity Releases
Resolution
- We strongly recommend upgrading as otherwise, you will be only Self Service support.
- If you need to raise cases with us you will have to purchase Extended support. Broadcom Support will no longer be able to assist.
- Any fixes or patches are no longer done on old versions.
- If you're an On Premise customer, please consider migrating to SaaS where we do all the patching and upgrades. Being SAAS has huge benefits:
- You will not have to plan and do the upgrade yourself
- Makes things easier for you to stay on the current version, you will always be on the latest version and have all the latest features and fixes
- To make sure you stay current, consult the Clarity Release and Support Lifecycle Dates: Clarity Release and Support Lifecycle Dates
