This article provides tips on how to search for known Clarity articles, communities posts, and documentation.
STEP 1: Identify the problem

STEP 2: Search from the CA Support Broadcom portal
1. Log in to https://support.broadcom.com/enterprise-software
2. Enter search criteria and click enter

3. To search specially for KBs, click on the 'Filter by Content Type' drop down on the left hand side and select Knowledge Base
(By default, it searches all self service including knowledge articles, communities, documentation)
4. Note: You can also search from google, adding the following to your search string will help narrow this down to Clarity related KBs:
site:https://knowledge.broadcom.com/ clarity
Example search phrase:
site:https://knowledge.broadcom.com/ clarity msp caused a serious error
