NSA not showing both AWS servers on cluster after enabling JDBC Ping

Issue/Introduction

On two AWS Clarity app servers in cluster, tried enabling JDBCPing by following the instructions on Clarity website.

Now unable to see both servers on the NSA, but just one

Environment

Resolution

• AWS environment will use JDBC Ping for multicast.
• Checking CMN_JGROUPS_PING we can see all the services are registered.
• For NSA to show up all services, we need to allow all traffic between the two nodes and not just specific ports
• Also check JDBC Ping/Multicast ports used for beacon
