What are the steps required to perform an active MUF upgrade from Datacom/AD version 14.0 to version 15.0?

Resolution
The upgrade procedure changed in Datacom/AD version 15.0 and is now called an active MUF upgrade and is documented in section How to Perform an Active MUF Upgrade.
Here is a summary of the process:
1. Install the Datacom/AD 15.0 software by running these jobs from the SAMPJCL library:
AAX1ALL
AAX1HOLD
AAX2CSI
AAX3RECD
AAX4APP
AAX5ACC
For more details see section Install Products Using Native SMP/E JCL.
2. As indicted in the Readme for CA Datacom/AD 15.0 apply all published Datacom/AD 15.0 PTFs.
Also, for the installation and migration process as relates to a number of the Datacom/AD using products, apply the additional PTFs provided this this ilst:

It is recommend that the entire Datacom/AD 15.0 is brought up to maintenance, including the maintenance for all the FMID components.
3. Run member AXCUS00 in the CAAXSAMP library to create the INSTJCL library and custom libraries.
4. Run member AXCUSACT in the INSTJCL library to create the ACT.INSTJCL library.
5. Upgrade an active 14.0 MUF to version 15.0 by running these jobs from the ACT.INSTJCL library:
AXACTUPG
AXAPFADD
AXRIM01
Note: Job AXACTUPG creates the new 15.0 CUSLIB a new DBSIDPR. Review the DBSYSID macro parameters so it matches your CA Datacom/AD Version 14.0 parameters for customizing the new DBSIDPR..
Note: Job AXRIM01 installs the PC Call routines. After you run it you need to update your system CAS9 procedure which runs at IPL time with the input statements from AXRIM01 so the PC call routines get installed after every IPL
6. Stop the CA product using this MUF.
7. If the CA product uses CA Datacom Server then stop the Server
8. Shutdown the Datacom/AD 14.0 MUF. Ensure the MUF shuts down cleanly (without any errors).
9. Copy your existing 14.0 MUF startup JCL and change the STEPLIB to use the Datacom/AD 15.0 CAAXLOAD and CUSLIB libraries. Assure the AXDATIN1 startup options are the same as used with the 14.0 MUF.
10. Update the JCL of the CA product using the MUF and change the STEPLIB to use the new Datacom/AD 15.0 CAAXLOAD and CUSLIB libraries. There's no need to make any other changes to the other CA product.
11. If the CA product uses CA Datacom Server then update the CA Datacom Server JCL and change the STEPLIB to use the new Datacom/AD 15.0 CAAXLOAD and CUSLIB libraries.
12. Start the MUF that was just upgraded using the Datacom/AD 15.0 software. Use the JCL in step 9. Alternatively you can update and use AD15STUP in the ACT.INSTJCL library.
13, Run the following members in the ACT.INSTJCL library:
AXACTALC
AXACTDD1
AXACTDD2
Note: these jobs update the Datacom Datadictionary and Dynamic System Tables to the 15.0 level.
These jobs are not required to be run right away. You can upgrade this MUF to 15.0 software and plan for these jobs at another session if preferred.
14. Start the CA product using this MUF.
The upgrade to Datacom/AD version 15.0 is now complete.
To upgrade another Datacom MUF environment start again from step 3 to create a new INSTJCL library and new custom libraries.
