The Exchange Administrator receives an email with the following content:
Location of the message:<recipient>/<personal folder>
Sender of the message: <[email protected]>
Subject of the message:<here the subject line of the email>
The attachment(s) "Message Body" and/or the message was Denied Access.
This was done due to the following Symantec Mail Security settings:
Rule: Unscannable File Rule (User defined action failed - Deny Access used instead)
This is possibly caused by an automated task that is run by Enterprise Vault.
If the times when the Notification emails are received coincides with tasks that are run by Enterprise Vault, please contact your Enterprise Vault support.
