An error occurs in the Altiris log if the Daily Schedule runs prior to an import of data occuring from Altiris Connector 6.5. <P></P>The error will show as: <P></P> <BLOCKQUOTE dir=ltr style="MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px"> <P>Source: Altiris.NS.Scheduling.Schedule.OnSchedule<BR>Description: Failed to process shared schedule for item 'Log File Purge Policy'. Exception: The specified log file directory 'C:\Program Files\Altiris\Connector\ImportReports' does not exist</FONT></P></BLOCKQUOTE>
This happens due to the folder ImportReports not being created yet in the path <EM>C:\Program Files\Altiris\Connector\</EM>.
To remedy this problem, as soon as Data Connector 6.5 is installed (either via a clean install or after an upgrade), if a user creates a folder called ImportReports in the path <EM>C:\Program Files\Altiris\Connector\</EM>, the error will not occur in the Altiris Log when the Daily Schedule runs. <P></P>Alternatively, if a user does an import of data from DataConnector straight after install, the error will not occur as the folder ImportReports is created when an import of data occurs.<br/><p><b>Applies To</b><br/>Altiris Connector 6.5
