The CloudStrike Falcon fails to establish SSL connections or is not able to connect to an specific socket IP while working with Unified Agent (UA) or Web Security Service (WSS) agent protection.
Windows event logs shows that Falcon Agent SSL connection failed or that could not connect to a socket in some IP.
1. Make sure that the corresponding chiper suits are enabled and added to the Transparent Layer Security protocol.
2. Add this CloudStrike URLs used by the Falcon Agent to the SSL interception bypassed sites
In your WSS portal Under Service > Network > SSL interception > SSL interception Policy > SSL bypass list or add them to a new rule.
