- Customer reported an unexpected reboot on 2 systems.
- They have CSP installed on 32 agents where the issue has occurred on 2 systems.
- When the systems were affected, they couldn't boot them and had to recoverfrom the backup they had... this backup contains the CSP agent installed.
- As per the memory dump analysis from MS, it's caused by SISIPSDriver.
In this case when a connection request comes to CSP, CSP have partial module information of tmlisten.exe to validate the request against policy,
And thus driver crashes while comparing the junk data with the policy data.
This issue has been fixed in 8.0 HF1.
