The Customer or SE requesting CloudSOC token for customer DLP integration.
Similar to a WSS Integration ID, the CloudSOC to DLP integration requires a token which can be obtained upon the SE placing the appropriate order with the Provisioning Team (on sales end).
Verified with DLP back-line "Cloud Team" that a token had not been generated per searches by customer name and the Detector ID provided.
Per DLP back-line, either the SE needs to search for the appropriate Detector ID or PO#
or in this case, the SE forgot to place the order and therefore needed to reach out to the Provisioning Team, at [email protected], so they could generate the CloudSOC token for DLP integration.
