Messaging Gateway (SMG) Message Audit Logs (MAL) shows the "Processing status" for most fields. Messages are delivered but no scanning or action is taken for spam, malware, or content filtering policies.
When SMG is not licensed or the license has expired, the components which scan messages and generate audit data are no longer enabled and so the underlying MAL data is empty. The Control Center GUI displays this missing MAL data as "Processing status".
With the SMG 10.7 release, Message Audit Logs will now indicate that there is a licensing issue which is affecting scanning.
