When enrolling a Mac OS device in Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC), you receive a message which says "No license available".
No license available.
You are not eligible for a trial for this version of because you've already tried the product. You have used all the licenses on your subscription. To transfer a license from one of your other devices, click Next.
This can happen if a Mac OS device, which was previously enrolled in an expired SEP Cloud account, is enrolled into a new SEP Cloud account, but using the same user email address.
Uninstall SEP Cloud, then delete the following files:
Reboot the device, then enroll the device again.
