Trying to install Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition Cloud (SEP SBE Cloud) and it fails. Upon further investigation of the install logs you find the error code 0x80070005

The error message indicates access is denied to one or more essential components required for installation, and results in a fatal error.
The permissions denied message can also be related to missing permissions for a Windows user on the device.
Use the Microsoft SysInternals psexec tool to gain system level access and install.
Error code 0 indicates the command exited successfully.
SEP SBE cloud should now be successfully installed on the device.
Verify a successful install
Check the system tray to ensure the Symantec icon is present.
Either double click or right-click>Open.
You should be able to see the SEP SBE UI similar to as illustrated below. If you can see the protection technologies broken down into computer, web, and network, regardless of icon color, the install was successful.
