During direct enrollment a Windows 10 device fails to enroll the Mobile Device Management (MDM) and gives an error: There was a problem A server error occurred. Please try again. (0x801901F4)

This error indicates that the enrollment was unable to reach a required Symantec URL.
Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) with MDM enabled.
Solution 1: Whitelist the required Symantec URLs in your network firewall, proxy, or other network security device and try again.
Solution 2: Disable MDM for your account and try again.
To disable MDM login to SEPC. Go to Settings>Mobile Device Management. Toggle the switch to off.
Solution 3: Workaround the issue by using a package installation. Package installations do not include MDM.
