When user tries to update password he gets message "The password you entered doesn't meet password policy requirements. Try one that's longer or more complex".
This behavior starts after installing Symantec Endpoint Cloud on the device in question.
Also, the error message might be presented as "Unable to update the password. the value provided for the new password does not meet the length, complexity or history requirement"
When the issue starts happening right after Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud is installed the cause might be the security policy the device is part of.
The solution for this issue would be to either educate the user on what are the password requirements, or to change the password requirements in the Security policy the user is part of.
Here is an example of security policy that would make mandatory the use of a stronger password:
Symantec Endpoint Protection cloud >> Policies >> Security Policies >> Chose Policy in question
