The ProxySG appliance's configuration archive does not include "policy no coverage". By default, coverage is enabled; thus, if it is disabled, it should show up in configuration.
Verify if this is the case using the following command line interface (CLI) commands.
Disable policy coverage:
Blue Coat SG600 Series#(config)policy no coverage
Show the configuration:
Blue Coat SG600 Series#(config)show conf
!- Version: SGOS 126.96.36.199 Proxy Edition
!- BEGIN policy
policy hmac encrypted-key "<removed>"
!- END policy
This issue is addressed in SGOS 188.8.131.52.
