The Web Security Service (WSS) contains a feature that allows you to suppress some information from the access logs, and thus reports.
To verify the status of this feature, in the portal navigate to Service mode > Account Maintenance > Data Retention and Privacy> End User Privacy.
In the default privacy settings, check for select options, such as: Suppress User/Group, Device info.
Often times, suppression is required in certain countries or business sectors. Before changing the option, verify why these options were set as is.
If you have the authority, clear the suppression options.
