This is a summary of how to obtain your current XOS version's MIBs as well as attachments with specific XOS versions and their current MIB set.
SNMP is widely used within networks and is also supported with XOS. XOS supports SNMP version 1, 2c, and 3. MIBs are generally updated from one version of XOS to another. There are steps that can be taken to see the exact items that are reported on via SNMP on your current chassis.
In order to find the exact items that are supported in your current version of XOS MIBS you may run the following commands from the CPM.
To echo the OIDs onto the screen with the MIB translated you can run the following command:
[[email protected] tmp]# snmptranslate -M /usr/share/snmp/mibs/ -m ALL -Pu -Tso
To add the output to a file so that you can review off-box or reference later you can run the following command:
[[email protected] tmp]# snmptranslate -M /usr/share/snmp/mibs/ -m ALL -Pu -Tso > /tmp/XOS.10.0-all_mibs.txt
