When configuring the Cloud Log Download feature in Reporter virtual machine ISO you may experience some errors that prevent the configuration from being saved.
When clicking the Test Username and Download button, there's no output and nothing happens.
Clicking the Save button results in the error "Save failed, data cannot be saved"
Additionally, reviewing the bcreporter.out log file reveals the following log message:
Failed (CURL:60 HTTP:0) processing request
To resolve this issue and re-enable Cloud Log Download functionality, log into an SSH session to the Reporter server as root and run the following commands:
ln -s /usr/lib64/libnssckbi.so /etc/pki/nssdb/
service bcreporter restart
Once the service has started back up, log into the web GUI and reconfigure the Cloud Log Download feature.
