Agents experience slow performance after upgrading to 14.5 MP1 or 14.6

Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to 14.5 MP1 or 14.6 versions, agents begin to experience slow performance when running applications that use protocols that DLP does not recognize by default

Constant errors seen in edpa_ext agent log:

Cause

14.5 MP1 and 14.6 agents continuously attempt to detect protocols that are not identifiable by DLP causing the agent to experience slow performance

Resolution

The fix for this has been added to the 14.6 MP1 and later versions of the agent.
