My Enrollment Bundle has expired, where can I get a new one?
Enrollment Bundles are initially provided as part of CDS Provisioning. They expire after 7 days and if the CDS has not successfully been registered within that time period, a new Enrollment bundle will be required.
Open a case with Technical Support.
Be prepared to provide the following:
Note: Enrollment Bundles are always sent to the customer contact provided on the Provisioning Form.
Also, because of the short duration of the bundle, please follow links from this page to related articles, to confirm the Enforce server environment is ready to connect to a CDS.
