Enable viewing of the source code in the browser (i.e., press F12), then try again to capture the data. In the console logs, you may see 'Invalid ID Mapping' error.
Note: Please refer to the most current configuration guide for AD FS. The assumption with this scenario is that this error occurs when using the latest version of the VIP AD FS plugin (9.9.0 or later).
Open a private or incognito browser window to avoid cached browser data from previous sessions, then test the login. If this still doesn't resolve the error, please create a case with Enterprise support to help resolve your issue.
