After SSL is enabled for Self Service Portal, users are not able to sign out of Self Service Portal. Also, some logins to Self Service fail and show a blank screen.
This issue can be see for the following reasons
- http:// is used instead of https:// for the address of Self Service Portal
- SSL certificate is not trusted in the browser
- Antivirus software is blocking scripts from running
