The IP address of the Symantec Protection Engine (SPE) scanner has changed and SPE is no longer receiving scan requests. You need to know how to change the bind address to the server's new IP address.
1. Open a terminal session and navigate to opt/SYMCScan/bin
2. At the prompt enter the following command and press Enter: java -jar xmlmodifier.jar -s //configuration/protocol/ICAP/BindAddress/@value <New IP Address> configuration.xml
3. Restart the Symantec Protection Engine service
