The Messaging Gateway (SMG) Control Center Administration -> Version -> Updates page may time out during the software update process when using Chrome build 33 or later. This occurs following the reboot of the updating system.
This is a known issue with the Update page when using Chrome. Logging back into the SMG Control Center and returning to the Administration -> Version -> Updates page will show the appopriate information when the update completes the reboot of the target system.
This issue will be addressed with a future release.
