After applying the CCS 11.1.2 Product Update upgrades of ‘CCS 11.0 Windows Agents’ fail with this error "No product update is available for the "11.0" agents.".
Windows 11.1 APU was not included in the 11.1.2 APU
A new Agent Update Package is now available which will allow CCS 11.0 Windows Agents to correctly update to the latest product level currently available ‘11.1’. (Note: There is no 11.1.2 product update for the Windows Agent)
Before updating the Agent Update Package, ensure that you have installed Symantec Control Compliance Suite (Reporting & Analytics) v11.1.2.
To apply the update
Replace ‘ccsagentupdate.exe’ which by default is located in the ‘C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\CCS\Reporting and Analytics\Application Server\AgentUpdate\PU\apu-11.10\Current\CCS1110.11_10_10200_1208_CCS_AGENT_PU’ directory with the copy included in this KB article.
