You have installed a newer version of CCS e.g. CCS 11.1 and need to update your Agents.
However your CCS environment does not have internet access. N/A
CCS is unable to download the update from LiveUpdate.
You can either setup and configure liveupdate administrator to download the updates to a system in your environment that does have internet access that you can point the CCS App Server to that will download the CCS updates.
You if you have access to a test environment you can copy the update from "C:\ProgramData\Symantec\CCS\LiveUpdateStaging\CCS_AGENT_PU" and then copy it to your App Server you need to get the APU on.
Then run a "Check Updates" to update CCS so it pulls in the update.
You can then update your Agents.
For an example of the directory to copy over would look like "CCS1110.11_10_10000_1160_CCS_AGENT_PU"
