I only see one error related directly to Symantec, the rest seem to be Arellia.
The error that catches my eye is this one:
Received a result for an unknown task instance guid: <various Guids>. Aborting job!
I found something about this error in eTrack but it was found on the 7.5 product.
Customer is currently on ITMS 7.1 SP2 MP1 v11.
I am seeing these informational messages as well: <event date='Jun 02 06:00:43' severity='4' hostName='CF01COM14ES0501' source='CSMFSoftwareCache::SaveSoftwareCache' module='smfagent.dll' process='AeXNSAgent.exe' pid='66292' thread='69868' tickCount='1724683265' >
