How to reset the user defined custom settings in the CCS(Control Compliance Suite) console.
At times for troubleshooting purpose one might need to reset the user defined custom settings in the CCS console.For this following steps need to be performed-
Close the CCS console.
Rename the "Preferences" folder at the location-
C:\Users\<CCS Console User>\AppData\Local\Symantec\CCS
Re launch the CCS console.
It will now show up with the default settings.
