How to remove or delete expired exceptions from Control Compliance Suite 11.x
By default settings CCS automatically removes the Stale/Expired exceptions which are 180 days old using the Production Data Purge Job.
But if in case we need to remove the Stale/Expired exceptions manually then we need to perform the following steps-
1)In the CCS Console go to Settings->General
On the Left Pane within Data Purge go to Purge Settings
Under Purge Settings go to Exceptions
Change the no of days to 1 for Purge stale data
2)Then go to Monitor->Jobs
Filter Production Data Purge Job
3)Run it Manually
Once the job completes all the Expired Exceptions which are more than 1 day old will be removed from the CCS Console under Manage->Exceptions.
