After a fresh install of DLP on Windows you attempt to log in to the UI and receive an HTTP 500 error that indicates that \Vontu\Protect\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost directory is un-readable. Then you find out that the directory does not exist.
This issue can happen if the server that DLP is installed on has user restrictions for users that are in the "Users" group.
The default protect user must have write access to the entire \Vontu directory.
Add permissions for the protect user to have read/write permissions to the entire \Vontu directory then restart the Vontu Manager service.
